What you will be doing
Key Responsibilities
- Assign tasks and provide development direction for Game Designers
- Create training plans to guide and enhance the skills of Game Designers
- Communicate with the Production Lead to plan new game development
- Define documentation guidelines for Game Designers or directly prepare design documents for products
- Monitor or directly participate in projects to ensure progress aligns with expectations
- Collaborate effectively with developers to define data structures and design requirements for the game
- Double-check and validate game metrics adjusted by Game Designers, or personally balance in-game parameters for assigned projects

Requirements
- Strong understanding of the mobile game market with the ability to quickly catch up with trends
- Knowledge of probability and statistics
- Over 4 years of experience in game design
- Strong research, information processing, and synthesis skills
- Friendly, collaborative, and open-minded personality
- Open mindset and willingness to receive feedback from others
- Knowledge of product analysis and evaluation
- Familiarity with Unity (C#)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to absorb and learn new knowledge quickly
- Passionate about learning, playing, and developing games
