What you will be doing

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign tasks and provide development direction for Game Designers
  • Create training plans to guide and enhance the skills of Game Designers
  • Communicate with the Production Lead to plan new game development
  • Define documentation guidelines for Game Designers or directly prepare design documents for products
  • Monitor or directly participate in projects to ensure progress aligns with expectations
  • Collaborate effectively with developers to define data structures and design requirements for the game
  • Double-check and validate game metrics adjusted by Game Designers, or personally balance in-game parameters for assigned projects

  • Strong understanding of the mobile game market with the ability to quickly catch up with trends
  • Knowledge of probability and statistics
  • Over 4 years of experience in game design
  • Strong research, information processing, and synthesis skills
  • Friendly, collaborative, and open-minded personality
  • Open mindset and willingness to receive feedback from others
  • Knowledge of product analysis and evaluation
  • Familiarity with Unity (C#)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to absorb and learn new knowledge quickly
  • Passionate about learning, playing, and developing games
