Skylink Studio was researched and established in February 2021 and officially launched in March 2022, gathering members who are passionate and have many years of experience in the field of mobile games. What you will be doing
- Monitor and track ad monetization performance across mobile games.
- Assist in preparing daily and weekly performance reports using key metrics such as eCPM, Fill Rate, Impressions, and ARPDAU.
- Support the setup and monitoring of A/B tests for ad placements and monetization features.
- Help identify performance trends and assist the team in investigating revenue fluctuations.
- Conduct market and competitor research on mobile game monetization practices.
- Support communication and follow-ups with internal teams and external partners under the guidance of the Monetization team.
- Collaborate with Product, UA, and Engineering teams to support monetization initiatives.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in working with data.
- Comfortable working with numbers and using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate confidently in a professional environment.
- Eager to learn, proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Passion for mobile games and an interest in the mobile gaming industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
